Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return back to us in saleable and perfect condition including any packaging, labels and tags.

PLEASE NOTE ANY DAMAGES HAVE TO BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY - No returns for damaged items not reported within 24 hours can be accepted - please see below 

We really hope that you love everything you have ordered, but if you don’t, or it’s not quite right, don’t worry. As long as the items are unopened in their original packaging, and all labels are intact, then please feel free to return them within 30 days for a full refund.

If you return items after 30 days we cannot offer a refund but you will be given the chance to repay for re delivery and the item will stay with us until such time as paid for re delivery and can be re sent out to you.

To start a return please contact us first at info@thepartypirate.com with your order number to let us know that you want to return an item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note we are unable to offer refunds for edible items or custom made / personalised products or sale items.

All discounts and free delivery will be deducted from any refund given.

The return package is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please send via recorded delivery and retain proof of postage, we are not liable for any missing or damaged items returned to us.

We will try and process your return as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 30 days.

Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. The exception is goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including sweets and perishable items. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. If your order has already been dispatched please follow the instructions for a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

PLEASE BE AWARE - you must keep and be able to show the box or parcel the item arrived in and the attached label to confirm it was from our store and delivered by our courier - without this we will be unable to refund any damages - so for a damaged item we will need within 24 hours of delivery :

  • A picture of the damaged item
  • A picture of the delivery box and attached label and inner packing 
  • Without the above we cannot be liable for any damage claims

PLEASE NOTE:

  • The return package is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we recommend that you send the package by recorded delivery that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep a record of proof of postage with tracking number if available.
  • The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. We will only reimburse the postal charges of returning an item or refund the original delivery charge unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error.
  • Please ensure you include the original invoice with your parcel.
  • Please ensure all items are returned in perfect condition in their original and undamaged packaging with all labels and tags attached.
